  If I could give 0, I would. Do NOT use John Womack, an inspector out of Augusta, or really this company - if this is who they employ and I guess don't vet their employees for competency.
  
  He said sprinklers didn't work, then I noticed in the pics he took that the plug was sitting on top of the box - he had my 73 yr old mother listing off instructions on how to turn it clockwise and plug it in and sometimes they get stuck in the ground bc grass or dirt is blocking the heads. Nope - it was the plug!!! They work!!!! Then there was 'fungus' under crawl space - got another termite co, even though the house was bonded and inspected by a termite company regularly for the past 8+ yrs - no termites, it's NOT fungus, just a little damp which is not abnormal or a cause for concern at all, so that's more $ wasted. Then he said the HVAC should be inspected ... more $ spent and HVAC tech said it works fine and there's nothing wrong with it. He also suggested having a plumber use a camera to inspect the septic tank, but that was not done.
  
  Why get an inspector who is charging you $500 or more - that then sends you on a wild goose chase spending twice that checking items that are not faulty and totally fine!!?? You may as well pay HVAC, termite, and handyman to check the house out instead and save yourself a bunch of frustration and anxiety over nothing. He probably doesn't know enough about any of these to make a full inspection and is covering his rear just in case. Everyone else did the job he was suppose to. Look elsewhere!! This inspector and this company are incompetent!!

  Do not recommend this company. They overlook problems and rush through inspections. Had problems immediately after moving in. Called in other professionals who informed me the problems we were having was easily seen and should have failed our home inspection. Tried to use the home warranty we purchased with this company only to be told they wouldn't cover it because they passed the home inspection. So pretty much if they pass your home it doesn't matter what goes wrong they will not cover their mistakes. No point in paying more money for a warranty you can not use.
