  I arrived at the post office for a 9am appointment at 9:06am. The clerk stated that since I was late I would have to wait until 9:15am which I was fine with even though I was the only person there at the time. Another clerk asked what I was in for. She was also confused why I had to wait and the original clerk said he should have been on time. A 3rd employee came to the counter to help me and then said I didn't have an appointment even though I had called up there days in advance to set my appointment. They told me to go to the Augusta post office. This was very unprofessional and inconvenient.
